information:	welcome to tag-php! this script was made for the website negative3k it wasn't meant to be given out. out of no where i, ed(creator of script), just gave it out and now you ended up with it. this script has been upgraded with quite a bit of features so enjoy!
install:	1. unzip all files to a folder, any folder you want. 2. open tagconfig.php edit variables to your needs. 3. open the styles.css and edit the colors. 4. open the index.php (tagboard layout) file and edit whatever you wish. 5. now it should be ready to upload. so do that and then chmod logs.dat 666. 6. go to http://domain.com/tagphp/index.php and test it out. then login to ../tagadmin.php and test all the works there too.
smilies:	these can be turned off in tagconfig.php these pictures must be edited by zooming in 500% and colored pixel by pixel to the color you want. these smilies were just copied directly from aim messenger. i plan on changing them in near future to something everyone would like.
